簡單的印刷合作流程 / 復雜的印刷生產過程

簡單的印刷合作流程

1，聯系客服：
   通過網絡或其他渠道建立聯系；
   業務部門根據您的要求報出合理價格。
2，簽訂合同：
   簽訂合同以後，預防款項，根據印刷要求安排打樣；
   確認打樣，生產大貨；
   驗貨支付餘款。
3，坐等收貨：
   送貨到門。
   客服跟進服務。

復雜的印刷生產過程

1，產生訂單到生產部；
2，接受到合格的文件；
3，印前色彩管理，匹配海德堡系統（這個非常重要！也不是每一個廠都有。）
4，安排數碼打樣；
5，客戶確認打樣；
6，再打印前樣（藍紙），業務和生產同時簽字確認；
7，海德堡配套CTP出版；
8，上機跟樣印刷；
9，生產大檢；
10，工藝後道工序生產：

    ①、裝訂（膠裝、精裝、騎馬訂等裝訂）
    ②、折頁（二折、三折、四折、五折等）
    ③、覆膜（亮膜、啞膜）、上光、過油（局部、全部）、UV（局部、全部）。
    ④、模切（直角、圓角、圓、橢圓）、燙金（金、銀等顏色）、起凸更工藝
    ⑤、裱糊（信封、手提袋、包裝盒、精裝書封皮、卡盒）

11，成品質檢裝箱；
12，裝箱打帶/裝箱打板/牛皮紙打包；
13，安排物流送貨到門。
