　　設計是包裝和印刷中最關鍵的環節之一，包括盒子設計和印刷工藝設計。

     紙盒包裝的設計必須與葡萄酒的質量和價格等級相匹配。
　　裝飾設計是紙盒包裝設計的靈魂。包裝設計師首先要瞭解葡萄酒產品的歷史淵源和文化背景，瞭解葡萄酒產品的風味類型和醇厚特徵等基本信息，然後從專業設計的角度賦予葡萄酒產品獨特的貨架形象，呈現出葡萄酒產品的地域特徵和內涵特徵。同時，包裝設計師應緊跟最新的印刷工藝和工藝實現，積極聽取印刷技師的建議，適當整合防偽措施，在維護消費者合法權益的同時促進銷售。

酒盒定製-步殼印刷
　　紙盒設計是紙盒包裝的主乾，酒盒吸引人的"姿態"總是能給葡萄酒產品以"從人群中脫穎而出"的貨架效應，以激發消費者的購買欲望。

  目前，紙盒包裝的箱體設計主要是指箱體結構的變化設計，通常包括箱體結構變化設計和盒蓋結構變化設計。
　　印前工藝人員應認真理解包裝設計師的設計理念，充分理解包裝設計師的意境，精心安排印前工藝文件，合理進行夾壓參數的選擇、出血尺寸的設定、箱體錶面搭接避免等工藝處理，以確保酒盒在最大程度上符合包裝設計師的設計意願。
　　印刷操作人員應遵循"互印精度高"的原則，合理安排印刷顏色順序，選擇合適的印刷壓力和印刷速度進行印刷操作，並不時比較標準樣張，以檢查印刷品的印刷質量，後壓加工主要承擔酒盒的錶面處理和箱體成形任務，一般包括塗膜/上光、燙印、壓花/凹凸、模切壓痕、窗貼、粘貼盒等。"印後操作人員應密切註意每個印後加工過程的關鍵控制點，以杜絕質量缺陷的發生。
