　　一、印刷油墨黏度

　　在膠印的全過程中，如果油墨的粘度很大，除了造成油墨輸送紙產生困難外，還會破壞油墨層中間的油墨層的標準，使版面的剩餘油墨層不夠，即部分印版暴露和損壞，然後版面就會掉落。

　　二、流道溶液的pH、酸度和鹼度

　　如果點綴液的酸鹼度太強，就會腐蝕印版砂，破壞印版的親水層，在壓印包裝印刷的全過程中很容易使包裝印刷圖紙和文字被磨掉。一般來說，點綴液的pH值約為5。

　　三、工作壓力問題

　　如果墨輥給版面的工作壓力很小，在印版版面上不能得到足夠的油墨層，圖像和文字的傳輸油墨層薄，圖片和文字部分的損壞會加劇，最終也會掉落版面。

　　如果墨輥與印版之間的工作壓力過大，會加速印版版面圖文部分的損壞，使印版砂眼被破壞，印版的空白版面會被弄臟，包裝印刷圖片和文字的部分會被送出，造成版面丟失的問題。

　　四、墨輥

　　油墨輥脆化後，吸水率提高，但印前油墨的性能變差，傳動油墨的性能較差，在機械設備擠出成型的全過程中，產生了"水包油"型的油墨乳液，最終造成印版的油膩感和包裝印刷圖紙及文字的部分。
