高端盒定製的流程是什麽？

　　經濟在發展，社會在進步，時代在變化;人們的日常生活所需都有著不同的變化，對於高檔包裝盒來說，高檔包裝盒的設計也在不斷的變化著。現在的消費者相比較富麗堂皇來說更加的喜歡簡單時尚大方的鐵盒包裝設計。高檔包裝盒從簡至繁，從繁再到簡。高端包裝盒定製有哪些流程工序？

高端精美包裝盒

　　1、根據產品特點、要求、文化等因素設計出圖案結構。再根據圖紙，製作出樣品。

       2、手工製作包裝，採用純粹原生態紙，設計結構新穎、堅固耐用、綠色低碳環保，可廣泛應用於酒類、禮品、飾品類、食品類等產品包裝。

　　3、選紙板，一般的禮盒紙板都是硬紙板或長紙板來做。高檔包裝與禮品包裝盒多採用厚度為3mm-6mm的硬紙板人工裱貼外裝飾面，粘接成型。

　　4、高檔禮品盒是用印刷包裝紙，印刷要求工藝很高，顏色不能存在差異。

　　5、禮盒的包裝紙通常要做錶面處理，常見的是過光膠，過啞膠，過UV，過光油，過啞油。

　　6、啤是深圳印刷廠工藝里比較重要的環節，要啤準就必須刀模要準，如果啤不準，啤偏就會影響後續加工。

　　7、印刷品通常都是先裱後啤，唯獨禮盒是先啤後裱，一是怕弄花包紙，二是禮盒講究整體。
