　　首先，模切壓痕質量是影響印刷品質量的主要原因。模切刀和壓痕鋼絲的選擇和使用不當是造成墨層爆炸的主要原因，如模切刀鈍等。


　　1、正確選擇模切刀：模切刀應鋒利堅硬。對於不同厚度的紙張應選用不同的模切刀。


　　2、正確選擇壓痕線和壓痕鋼線：優質壓痕鋼線硬度適中，穩定性強，刀盤光滑，弧軸對稱，高厚偏差小，規格齊全。


　　魔切刀的選擇原則是：壓痕鋼絲厚度不小於紙張厚度，高度等於模切刀片高度減去模切材料厚度，再減去0.05-0.10毫米的修正值。


　　壓痕線的選擇原則是：壓痕線的厚度不小於紙張的厚度，寬度等於紙張厚度的1.5倍加上壓痕鋼絲的厚度。另外，模切板下墊紙太厚，模切壓力太大，壓痕模太厚，壓痕模槽窄等也容易引起斷線問題。模切過程中，應及時清理壓痕模縫內堆積的紙粉和雜物。


　　3、連接點的合理控制：連接點本質上是在模切刀片的刃口處有一定寬度的小開口，使模切後的紙盒和廢邊不散落，便於排廢。連接點一般在產品成型後不易看到的隱蔽處打開，避免膠線位置。如果成型後看不到連接點，則連接點越小越好。否則，在排廢過程中，連接點不易分離，導致紙張撕裂，附近油墨層爆炸。連接點寬度；紙張厚度+0.20毫米。


　　4、合理安排模切時間：金（銀）紙板砂光印刷模切應在印刷後盡早進行，防止墨膜過度乾燥，避免墨層爆裂。
