在印刷過程中，將四個色板的墨量信息疊加在紙張的同一位置上，完成樣品的顏色合成，得到與原稿相同的顏色，而藍版只是本紙上的青色墨量信息。先用藍版校對是報刊的一個非常重要的步驟，因為正式印刷後是不可更改的，藍版校對的目的就體現在這里。

深圳印刷

　　藍版又稱排樣打樣，是以大版為輸出單位，打樣速度較快，但精度較低的打樣方式。更註重打樣速度，且對質量要求不高，所以一般不做色彩管理，更兼容或替代油墨，普通紙張即可。當然，圖片和文字不夠精確，所以不容易做雙面打樣。完工後需要“後處理”，如打標和切割、雙面對齊、粘貼和裝訂等，這需要很多時間。


　　在印刷前，通常用藍版進行校對和校對，包括文字內容、圖像位置等，主要是為了校對提前發現錯誤，避免浪費印刷批量。
