　　在彩色印刷包裝生產中，為了達到理想的色彩效果，油墨調合需要特別註意。通過多年的彩色印刷包裝生產經驗，步殼印刷向您介紹油墨的調合要點，需要註意：

　　首先，確定彩色印刷包裝的主色調和其中所含的輔助色調。以主色調油墨為基本油墨，另一種油墨為調色油墨，主要以基本油墨為基礎，輔之以調色油墨，使斑點色油墨更快、更準確。


　　第二，鑒別顏色的最佳光源是均勻白光、面向北窗的自然光和類似自然光的人工光源，如熒光燈、白熾燈和光源等。


　　第三，專色油墨，首先要調整油墨的飽和色相，放薄樣品，普遍偶合確認不缺主色調和輔助色調，然後用沖洗劑調節所需的斑點色。此外，還應註意印刷工藝、水量控制、油墨體積控制、速度和印刷設備等，掌握印刷及其規律，以保證產品質量。


　　第四，油墨共混應均勻，紙的性能如塗布紙，即塗布紙，一般採用快乾油墨共混，與膠紙樹脂油墨共混即可；


　　第五，要考慮周邊環境對彩色印刷包裝色彩樣本的影響，避免色彩的錯覺，在色彩識別中應涵蓋周圍的顏色，單一觀察，以避免色彩偏差的發生。
