【步殼印刷】不乾膠標簽印刷油墨應註意的事項

　　2：在不乾膠標簽印刷時，墨鬥要保持一定的墨量，以此來實現正常輸墨印刷，這樣就必然會存在一定的剩餘墨量，而餘墨也不要繼續使用，這樣很可能會造成浪費，增加其生產成本；


　　3：由於水性油墨是液體性質，與膠印、凸印油墨相比，其較容易出現分層或沉澱現象，所以在使用或取樣時，應將油墨充分攪拌均勻後再投入使用，以確保印刷色彩質量的穩定；


　　4：油墨的粘度一定要根據印刷速度來進行確定，要知道油墨具有“觸變性”的特點，使用時要根據印版的面積和印刷時的速度來確定其使用粘度；


　　5：使用舊的油墨時，要用80目以上的濾網將雜質過濾掉後再使用，以防止不乾膠商標印刷質量故障的發生。
