　　塗布：一種在印刷品錶面塗覆聚丙烯和其他塑料薄膜，經加熱和壓膠後將其粘合在一起的加工工藝。該塗膜可分為光膜、光膜、光感光膜等。


　　如何檢測包裝盒塗膜生產過程中的質量？


　　1.塗布後印刷圖案的顏色應保持不變，包裝盒錶面不應出現劃痕，包裝盒錶面無光澤，圖案飽和度略有下降，屬正常現象。


　　2.聚丙烯塑料薄膜與紙的結合牢固，膜層不分層，錶面乾凈、光滑、不模糊、光澤度好，沒有褶皺、氣泡等，任何皺紋盒摺痕都是不合格的產品。


　　3.塗布的包裝盒不得捲曲，紙張的邊緣應光滑，塑料薄膜不得超過紙張的外部。
