步殼印刷

　　1、註意油墨的使用，並註意在印刷過程中同一油墨的環保便攜式禮品袋。有時人們會將不同種類的油墨混合在一起，但不能兼容，這會在一定程度上影響手持式禮品袋的印刷質量，是不必要的損失。


　　2、註意油墨保護。油墨性能不是很穩定，容易出現問題，所以在印刷時要註意保護。首先，避免陽光直射。其次，氣溫適中，不低於10℃，不高於26℃。


　　3、水在印刷中非常重要，因為它可以控制油墨的粘度和平衡pH值。一旦發現pH值控制不好，就要註意調水。


　　4、乾燥問題，由於現代印刷是大型機械印刷，所以速度很快，這會在一定程度上影響油墨的乾燥。一定要保證油墨的乾燥速度，因為乾燥太慢，會出現印刷等問題。


　　5、如果墨水不經常攪拌，很容易粘合。如果油墨太薄，會對印刷產生很大的影響，所以我們必須註意這幾點。
