　　1： 在食品包裝袋的印刷中，應適當調整滾筒的壓力，如果不小心印刷包裝袋，會使橡膠捲起來；如果油墨顏色太重，固底太大，很容易粘上橡膠或墨輥。因此，印刷前要降低滾筒的壓力，減少襯膠量。為避免粘膠和滾膠，包裝盒生產廠家應在油墨中加入更多的添加劑或車轍膠，同時要保持良好的視野，避免雙張、多張和紙張歪斜，確保壓力均勻，不滾膠。


　　2： 食品包裝袋的印刷與其他印刷品一樣，需要準確，否則會影響其質量。印刷時，包裝箱製造廠應根據紙張厚度調整前規和邊規紙板的高度，調整紙板上的壓輪和刷輪的壓力，擰緊松布帶。開機時發現規則不好，要及時檢查送紙情況，檢查過紙輪和壓紙輪的壓力；較厚的紙，壓紙輪和刷輪的壓力要大一些。此外，還應測試紙張設定時間和繪圖時間，以及側規和擺動齒之間的移交時間。包裝箱製造廠發現問題，應及時處理，直至上下左右規則準確為止。
