　　油墨對人體的危害主要體現在溶劑殘渣、光引發劑和紫外光固化油墨中的重金屬、多環芳烴等。食品包裝油墨的健康與安全問題越來越受到國內外消費者和政府部門的關註。在相關標準中，除了對油墨中有毒成分的檢出限外，還規定了一系列檢測和分析油墨中有毒有害化學殘留物的方法。包裝盒製造商如下："。


　　1.油墨中苯溶劑殘留量的測定


　　油墨中的苯溶劑殘留量主要採用頂空氣相色譜法測定。此外，包裝盒製造商還可以採用頂空氣相色譜-質譜內標法檢測油墨中的苯和苯系列。


　　2.重金屬的測定


　　關於油墨中重金屬的限量和檢測方法，輕工業制定了兩個標準："油墨中重金屬的限量及其測定方法第一部分："可溶性重金屬"油墨重金屬限量及其測定方法第二部分：鉛、汞、鎘、六價鉻


　　3.多環芳烴的檢測


　　為了檢測多環芳烴(PAHs)，有氣相色譜-質譜(GC-MS)、氣相色譜-質譜(GC-MS)和液相色譜法(LC)來測定油墨中的多環芳烴(PAHs)。


　　4.光引發劑檢測


　　對於光引發劑的檢測，國內包裝廠家主要採用毛細管氣相色譜、氣相色譜-質譜(GC-MS)和液晶-質譜(LC-MS)兩種方法。
