無論是做化妝品包裝盒定製化還是其他定製產品，顧客都會先做一個數字樣品來觀察效果，然後想把數字樣品作為定製商品的顏色樣本。事實上，目前這還比較難實現。因為數字樣品和定製商品仍然有很大的區別，主要有以下幾點：

包裝盒定製

　　1.紙張：以塗布紙為例，數字塗布紙通常是一種特殊的塗布紙，它傾向於壓制粉狀紙(主要是為了減少打印機的磨損)，而定製塗布紙則比數碼紙亮；


　　2.油墨：數碼打樣一般使用特殊油墨，但實際習慣使用的是油墨；


　　3.色域：數碼打樣的印刷色域一般比實際的定製色域更大，更明亮。


　　總結以上各點，我們並不主張以數碼樣本作為簽名樣本，那麽，用代碼抽樣是否毫無意義呢？


　　事實上，數字樣品的顏色與固定的產品不同，但相似程度大約是六七點，通過數字樣本，我們可以直觀地看到內容是否正確，因為我們經常很難在電腦上看到有問題的設計草圖。雖然顏色很差，但盒子的形狀和結構可以掌握在手中，一目瞭然，對後期盒子形狀的改善有很大幫助。


　　隨著打樣技術的不斷改進，一些地方出現了自定義打樣，包裝盒中的定製打樣與散裝貨物的樣品幾乎相當,然而，一種技術的普及還需要很長的時間。
