　　（一）宣傳冊印刷印前提前準備


　　1．把握宣傳冊印刷加工工藝規定


　　(1)瞭解規範樣版(貨樣)。包含樣版的顏色情況，圖象的關鍵特點及關鍵技術標準。


　　(2)審批包裝印刷色序，若有不當之處應明確提出修改建議。


　　(3)掌握印刷工藝原材料的關鍵特性特性。


　　(4)把握常用印刷油墨、有機溶劑的關鍵特性。


　　(5)版式設計、規格尺寸、位置關系、套準精密度及包裝印刷工作壓力規定。


　　2．提前準備工作檢查


　　一張包裝印刷印刷版查驗。各色各樣版有沒有受損的，印刷版規格是不是符合規定。


　　印刷版滾桶查驗。各色各樣印刷版滾桶的標示是不是清楚，精確測量各印刷版滾桶的直徑以挑選滾桶傳動齒輪。


　　查驗滾動軸承品質。滾動軸承空隙務必在要求範疇內，滾動軸承表層清理並加潤滑脂。


　　印刷工藝原材料、印刷油墨、改性劑等質量檢測。
