現在，UV打印機可以說是在印刷市場上長時間的推動，遙遙領先。早在過去，如熱轉印、絲網印刷等，現在都已轉變為UV工藝，沒有製版是最大的優勢。而且油墨也是環保的，更廣泛的應用在各個行業。今天步殼印刷為什麽在印刷包裝盒中UV光油不能塗刷？
　　現在，UV打印機可以說是在印刷市場上長時間的推動，遙遙領先。早在過去，如熱轉印、絲網印刷等，現在都已轉變為UV工藝，沒有製版是最大的優勢。而且油墨也是環保的，更廣泛的應用在各個行業。今天步殼印刷為什麽在印刷包裝盒中UV光油不能塗刷？

步殼印刷

　　UV光油錶面結晶：一般情況下，由於不適當控制兩色UV油墨的印刷間隔，使油墨乾燥後再用一色油墨重印，而乾墨層粘著性和油墨潤濕性能很低，因此下一色油墨很難附著。一般來說，這種現象發生在單色膠印機的油墨超印中。


　　油墨錶面材料太多：過多的硅油、粉末噴塗等錶面防粘材料粘在箱體錶面，因為印刷面積太大，即使UV光滑的油質材料也無法塗布。


　　施工技術：由於印刷廠的手工流動因素，許多新的師傅可能不精通紫外線機或操作經驗，因此為瞭解決人工因素，他們還必須在任職前後經過嚴格的培訓後持有任職執照。


　　總之，在精裝盒印刷中，UV機不能塗上光滑的油，也需要得到各廠家的足夠重視。眾所周知，如豆腐奶包裝盒、燕窩禮品盒等高檔箱體，製作UV、上光油技術無疑是必不可少的工藝。
