無論是族譜還是平時使用的一些紙製品，儲存時間長後都會出現霉變現象，嚴重縮短紙張的使用壽命，因此，在印刷宣紙族譜時，應採取合理的預防措施，有效地避免譜系霉變現象。
　　無論是族譜還是平時使用的一些紙製品，儲存時間長後都會出現霉變現象，嚴重縮短紙張的使用壽命，因此，在印刷宣紙族譜時，應採取合理的預防措施，有效地避免譜系霉變現象。


　　1.印刷宣紙族譜所用的紙張材料應保持清潔衛生，車間周轉箱內的材料應保持清潔和整潔。建議在不同時使用的原料周轉箱錶面塗上布或塑料薄膜，不應將半成品直接放在地面上，與堆疊或物料架隔離放置。


　　2.紙張材料的濕度由濕度測試儀測量，紙張材料、紙箱、竹子和其他材料的濕度控制在12%以內。如果它是一種長期未使用的材料，則用塑料薄膜包裹灰塵，防止潮濕。


　　3.採用高檔天鵝絨材料、天鵝絨、絨絨、絨絨布、滌絲織物天鵝絨等，建議先在天鵝絨布上噴灑AEM5700-F防霉抗菌劑，因為天鵝絨布錶面不均勻，容易收集水分和灰塵，這是絲絨布發霉的主要原因。


　　4.在宣紙印刷品的紙箱中放適量防霉乾燥劑，防霉除濕劑不僅具有較強的吸濕能力，還能在很大程度上降低濕度，還可利用氣象技術觸發門件的釋放，殺滅黴菌，達到防潮防霉的目的。


　　5、車間衛生間門從生產區進入的情況，要特別註意清潔衛生，不要有滲漏情況，浴室不能堆放貨物，以免使其產品出現濕霉變現象。


　　其中，印刷宣紙品種發生霉變的主要原因是濕濕重，相信在瞭解原因後，可以在加工和儲存產品的過程中做好工作，避免產品中的霉變現象，保證系譜的長期保存。
