　　步殼印刷總結了市場上一些按結構分類的家譜印刷，包括凸版家譜印刷、平版家譜印刷、凹版家譜印刷、孔版家譜印刷等，具體表現在哪些方面？

步殼印刷

　　1、凸版族譜印刷是凸版印刷的印刷方法。凸版的圖形部分為凸面，高於空白部分。當墨輥穿過印版時，圖像和文字的凸起部分可以附著厚厚的油墨，而空白部分的凹部不能接觸油墨。


　　2、平版族譜印刷是採用平版印刷的印刷方法。在傳統光刻中，圖形部分和空白部分幾乎在同一平面內。採用油水排除原理，使圖形部分拒油拒油，並使空白部分拒油。印刷時，首先將水施加到版面上，使空白部分吸收水，形成防水油墨滲透的水膜。


　　3、凹版印版的圖像部分為凹面，低於空白部分。印刷時，所有的滾筒板都是油墨，然後在刮板的作用下颳去毛坯（凸起部分的油墨只保留在圖像和文字部分中），在壓力作用下，油墨被轉移到基材錶面。


　　4、孔板印刷中，印版的圖形部分由不同尺寸的孔組成。印刷時，用刮刀或壓路機將印版一側的油墨刮擦或滾壓，使油墨從圖像孔中漏出，轉移到承印物錶面，完成印刷。
