門票印刷通常的材質有：銅版紙的157g 200g 250g 300g ,熱敏紙有80 110 130 157 190 200 210 230 250等克重。

　　正常情況下是克重越小，成本越低。同時克重小的門票材質，手感偏薄，容易斷裂。

門票印刷

　　根據門票印刷的銷售統計，超過70%的客戶都是選用200g的銅版紙和熱敏紙。所以多數門票印刷廠家都會長期備用200g的材料作為長期庫存。


　　一個正常的景區門票印刷定製流程是這樣的：客戶設計定稿--客戶下單--定材料（3天）--印刷--模切--包裝發貨。但是如果不考慮排單排產的情況，印刷門票選用200g的材料的時候，可以解決出3天訂料時間，特別是加急的門票印刷訂單，這三天時間就可以把原計劃的7天交貨期縮短成3-4天。


　　另外一個建議選用200g材料來印刷門票的原因是，200g材料廠家會大批量備貨，採購成本價低。很多門票印刷廠家都是規定157g熱敏紙和200g熱敏紙印刷門票價格一樣，但是超過200g就要加錢，少於200g的也不減費用。因為少於200g的材料特別去訂料的時候成本也不低，所以建議門票印刷用200g的材料來製作比較好。節約時間的同時，成本不會增加。
