目前，彩頁印刷廠家在提高生產能力的同時，也十分重視彩色書頁的印刷質量。因此，通過大量的測試結果，印品廠得出的結論是，在彩色頁面印刷過程中，原材料的選擇對印刷質量和效果有一定的影響。特別是紙張的錶面強度、酸鹼分析、含水量等性能對彩色書頁的印刷質量有很大的影響。
      目前，彩頁印刷廠家在提高生產能力的同時，也十分重視彩色書頁的印刷質量。因此，通過大量的測試結果，印品廠得出的結論是，在彩色頁面印刷過程中，原材料的選擇對印刷質量和效果有一定的影響。特別是紙張的錶面強度、酸鹼分析、含水量等性能對彩色書頁的印刷質量有很大的影響。

　　在彩頁印刷過程中，錶面強度對紙張錶面的耐磨性起著重要作用。在印刷時，為了得到一個更清晰的點，可以使用一些高粘度的油墨。但是，如果紙張的錶面不夠牢固，很容易脫落粉末和頭發，並粘在紙板的錶面上。為了提高彩色頁面印刷的質量，當紙張的錶面強度不足時，在印刷前，必須降低油墨的粘度，以減少油墨在紙上的粘附，防止紙張在印刷過程中的錶面粘著。
彩頁印刷
　　水含量是指紙張中的含水量，這也是影響彩頁印刷工藝和產品質量的主要因素之一。如果水分控制不好，就會出現紙張錯配。此外，在乾燥的冬季，必須增加紙張的含水量，消除紙張的靜電，避免雙頁等麻煩情況，加劇濺墨現象，甚至引起火災。為了控制紙張的含水量，有必要對彩色分頁印刷車間的正常工作溫度和濕度進行控制。

　　一般來說，彩頁印刷紙的PH值是中性或弱鹼性的。如果紙張的酸度和鹼度不適當，那麽一些非酸性的鹼性油墨就會褪色，影響印刷品的乾燥。當紙張的鹼性含量過高時，紙張中的鹼性物質會直接中和潤濕液的pH值。同時，鹼性材料也會降低油墨的界面張力，造成油墨乳液對印刷元件的污染，從而影響彩色書頁的印刷質量。另一方面，如果紙張的pH值過低，會導致印版的腐蝕和粘附，並抑制印刷乾燥。
