金銀油墨印刷應註意的三點

在用膠印機印刷金油墨時，一般需要印底色(俗稱底色)，即選用包覆力強、顏色相近的金(銀)墨作為底色，然後將金(銀)墨印在底色油墨層上，既可節省金(銀)墨，又可改善金(銀)墨層的光澤，增強金(銀)墨的印刷效果。
       膠印的油墨層薄。在印刷金色的實地和粗線條時，常採用兩次連續印刷或兩步印刷的方法，具有半強油墨層的飽和性和金屬光澤的影響。銀墨印刷的適應性比金墨印刷好，只有一種印刷基本能滿足一般包裝印刷的要求，如果大面積印刷銀或用紙差，則需

要採用兩種印刷形式，才能很好地顯示銀的光澤。在膠印機上印刷金銀油墨時，應註意下列事項。

金銀油墨印刷

　　1.在底部印金(銀)墨

　　在用膠印機印刷金油墨印刷時，一般需要印底色(俗稱底色)，即選用包覆力強、顏色相近的金(銀)墨作為底色，然後將金(銀)墨印在底色油墨層上，既可節省金(銀)墨，又可改善金(銀)墨層的光澤，增強金(銀)墨的印刷效果。

　　2.在背景油墨上印刷金(銀)墨

　　底色印刷質量是決定金(銀)油墨質量的重要因素，因此，背景油墨的版面應平整，背景油墨的粘度應高，乾燥度適中，油墨層厚，背景油墨的乾燥方式應與滲透乾燥和氧化結膜乾燥相結合，不應發生背景油墨層結晶。

　　在印刷金(銀)墨時，應在背景油墨層不完全乾燥的情況下，進行重印，否則很容易出現金(銀)墨不能印刷或粘著牢度差的現象，而且一旦擦拭就會脫落。

　　3.在金(銀)墨層上覆印其他油墨

　　金粉除了本身的金屬光澤外，更重要的是，它的錶面有反射光，如果印在金墨層上的其他顏色的油墨，它會影響金油墨層的金屬光澤效果。因此，在印刷工藝設計中應考慮到這一點，充分利用金油墨透明度高、覆蓋能力強的特點，合理安排印刷顏色順序，盡量將金油墨排在最後的顏色順序。如果必須將其他彩色油墨套印在金油墨上，則圖形和文字的面積應盡可能小，這樣既不會影響金油墨的效果，也能更好地防止印刷缺陷等印刷缺陷的發生。
