在膠印生產中，靜電一直是操作人員非常頭疼的問題。由於各單位的工廠設計和生產情況不同，為了防止和消除靜電，有不同的應急方法。
      在膠印生產中，靜電一直是操作人員非常頭疼的問題。由於各單位的工廠設計和生產情況不同，為了防止和消除靜電，有不同的應急方法。

　　在紙張的正面印刷時，紙張收納臺上有靜電。在另一邊印刷時，吸紙噴嘴不能吸收紙張是有效的。

　　相關電器：長50釐米的鋼板尺，1.5米長的紙線10或銅芯線，鐵桶或鐵盒。

　　具體方法：先用鐵桶拿半桶水，把它放在收紙臺下麵(收紙台不能按水桶)；把鐵絲一端放進鋼板尺的掛孔，彎成直徑30毫米的圓環，掛起鋼板尺，再把另一端的鐵絲放進裝有水的水桶中進行通電。用靜態紙張計數器將鐵絲的鋼板尺放入紙中，並將其移動大約12次(200張紙可移動一次)。它將大大減少靜電。這種方法非常有效。
