     主要原因有以下幾點:

     一是過度固化的uv印刷。

　　在此過程中，如果UV燈功率過大，印刷材料傳輸速度慢，則UV光照射時間過長，會使油墨層因過度固化而增加脆性，導致印刷錶面泛黃，直接影響數字標簽的柔韌性和外觀特性，對後續加工產生負面影響因為UV油墨的固化是油墨受到UV光照射後，立即由流動的液體變為固體的過程。
