      畫冊印刷前的紙張準備工作具體有哪些內容呢?

畫冊印刷前的紙張準備工作內容有以下幾方面

(1)紙張檢查。在堆紙前應檢查紙張的裁切質量,對印刷用紙的裁切要求是:紙張的四角應成直角,四邊的尺寸誤差小於2m上下之間的尺寸誤差小於1mm,紙張中的折角、碎紙、紙漿塊等雜物要認真檢查、避免它們進入機器、損壞橡皮布和設備。

(2)敲紙。敲紙的目的是讓紙張具有一定的挺硬度,使輸紙順利、減少故障,定位準確,從而確保生產的正常進行。敲紙在書寫紙、膠版紙印刷中較多使用,銅版紙因敲後摺痕不易恢復,故不宜敲紙操作,而卡紙由於厚度關系也不宜敲紙。



(3)撞抖紙。主要是使待裝的紙透松,消除白紙或半成品印張之間的粘連現象,並將紙張撞齊。

(4)堆紙。指將待印的紙張整齊堆在堆紙台板上的過程,是對紙張加工整理的最後一個環節,堆裝完成的紙堆,叼口與側規的定位邊應平展、整齊、手摸無明顯的凹凸感、紙堆錶面平整、無波浪形起伏。
