步殼印刷車間關閉門窗,門口用厚棉門簾封門,使車間與外部環境隔離,盡量少受外界氣候變化的影響。
      正常的溫度、濕度應是多少?

因為紙張對水分是比較敏感的。在印刷過程中能夠對膠印車間的溫度與濕度合理掌控,則紙張因為水分變化而伸縮造成的套印不準、皺紙等問題將會得到改善,從而為生產高質量的產品提供有利條件。膠印車間首先要求溫度、濕度穩定。

步殼印刷
①步殼印刷車間關閉門窗,門口用厚棉門簾封門,使車間與外部環境隔離,盡量少受外界氣候變化的影響。

②步殼印刷車間安裝完善的抽氣裝置和空調設備,保證車間內溫度、濕度在正常生產的範圍內。車間內的正常溫度、濕度範圍溫度應控制在20~25℃。濕度應控制在50%~60%
