       印刷工廠堆紙操作過程應註意的事項如下:

(1)紙張應松透、堆平。按齊紙板的位置堆放整齊,不得有折角和破損,半成品應無粘連,無裝反現象。

(2)防止在正式用紙中摻入廢紙。在堆紙時,試印用的紙和供印刷用的紙,要用隔層紙明確加以區別,以防摻入正式印刷用的紙當中。在補印的紙堆上,要利用紙邊上的記號和預印時的檢查標記來確認是否摻進了與印刷用紙的天頭地腳和正反面不合適的紙張。

(3)防止摻入折邊紙張和雜物。裁切紙張時,若混進了折邊紙張,裁紙邊就會出現局部的紙張雙張的情況,就有導致損壞橡皮布滾筒的可能。紙張本身有時也會摻進了大顆粒的塗料殘渣等,因此,在抖紙和闖齊的時候,感到異常就要細心地檢查。

(4)插進楔板和隔層板。對於平整紙張用的楔板和規矩紙,會隨著堆紙台的上升而移動,如果疏忽大意,就會把它們帶到輸紙板上,越過擋板夾在滾筒之間。深圳印刷工廠最好的辦法是把繩子綁在楔板上,使其固定在導軌上,另外隔層紙也可以包在下麵的紙上,使自動給紙
機停機,或用作走紙,但要與印刷紙張裁成同一尺寸,一看就知道是廢紙,不要光圖省事而用小張的隔層板。
