印刷工廠調節遞紙牙的叼紙力方法如下:

印刷工廠

(1)以叼紙牙開始叼紙為基準。

2)在擺動牙軸的靠山(兩邊)墊上0.15~0.3mm的紙片。

(3)松開所有牙片的固定螺絲,使全部牙片均不閉合。

(4)對遞紙牙逐個進行叼紙力調節(由中間開始交替進行)。

(5)通過調節使全部牙片的叼紙力大致相同

(6)調節完畢將靠山處的墊紙撤去,所有的叼牙都增加了相同的叼紙力。
