印刷包裝廠出現雙張或多張的故障原因及解決方法如下

印刷包裝廠

(1)分紙吸嘴吸力過大,而將下麵幾張紙同時吸起。

解決方法減小風量,或更換小號的橡皮圈。

(2)分紙吸嘴離紙邊太近,或者紙張堆放不齊、紙張裁切尺寸不一致而導致多張紙同時被分紙吸嘴吸起。

解決方法:調節分紙器的前後位置,增大分紙吸嘴與紙邊的距離,對於裁切不齊的紙張如果尺寸差異很大,應重新裁切或調換紙張,如果是紙張尺寸相差不大,可以在堆放時盡量使拖梢邊整齊。

(3)紙張上翹或紙堆的高度超過齊紙塊允許的高度。

解決方法紙張上翹可以進行反翹紙處理。由於紙堆太高引起的雙張,可以降低紙堆的高度,紙堆的高度應低於齊紙塊約5mm。

(4)壓紙腳或擋紙毛刷伸進紙邊太少,也容易造成雙張或多張。

解決方法:若分紙吸嘴在紙邊緣上,則要將分紙器整體向前移動;若分紙吸嘴邊緣離紙邊有5mm距離,則需要將擋紙毛刷調至標準的工作位置。
