印刷包裝廠引起輸紙歪斜的原因及解決方法如下

印刷包裝廠

(1)由分紙器引起的輸紙歪斜

①兩個分紙吸嘴或兩個遞紙吸嘴的吸力不一致,或兩個遞紙吸嘴的工作位置不一致。

②兩邊擋紙毛刷的工作位置不一致③兩個松紙吹嘴的工作位置不一致,或某個吸嘴或吹嘴堵塞氣等。

解決方法:調整好吸嘴的風量一致,位置一致,檢査吹嘴或吸嘴是否堵塞或漏氣

(2)接紙輪壓力輕重不一致、壓下的時間快慢不同或者滾輪轉動不靈活。

解決方法:調節兩個接紙輪的壓力和壓下時間,用煤油擦洗滾輪,使之靈活轉動。

(3)線帶的松緊不一致、線帶的厚薄不統一、張緊輪不靈活等使線帶運行速度不一致,造成輸紙歪斜。

解決方法

①輸紙板上的線帶厚薄統一,並調節其松緊程度一致

②張緊輪如果不轉動,可以用煤油擦洗,然後加機油潤滑。

(4)線帶上壓紙輪輕重不一致,如果安放壓紙輪的位置不準確或轉動不靈等,均會引起壓紙輕重不一致。解決方法:應保持線帶上的壓紙輪運轉自如,經常擦拭輸紙板上的紙毛、灰塵等臟物,壓紙輪的安放位置應兩邊對稱,輕重適當
