松紙吹嘴的作用。是將紙堆最上面的5-10張紙吹松,以便於紙張的正確分離。(2)分紙吸嘴的作用。是將紙堆最上面的一張紙吸起分離紙張。
印刷包裝廠紙張分離裝置各部件的作用是什麽?

印刷包裝廠

(1)松紙吹嘴的作用。是將紙堆最上面的5-10張紙吹松,以便於紙張的正確分離。(2)分紙吸嘴的作用。是將紙堆最上面的一張紙吸起分離紙張。

(3)壓紙吹嘴的作用。是當分紙吹嘴將最上面的一張紙吸起後,壓紙吹嘴壓住下麵的紙張,並吹風使紙張與紙堆分離,同時它還起到檢測紙堆高度的作用,一且紙堆高度低於正常印刷高度時便自動接通紙堆自動上升機構,使紙堆自動上升。

(4)擋紙牙的作用。紙張輸送過程中讓最上面的一張紙通過,並擋住下麵的紙,使紙堆叼口保持整齊。

(5)送紙吸嘴的作用。將分紙吸嘴吸起的最上面一張紙接過來,並將其送往送紙軸。

(6)送紙軸送紙輪的作用。靠送紙軸與送紙輪的相互配合摩擦將紙張送往輸紙板。

(7)壓紙塊的作用。壓住紙堆拖梢邊緣,防止紙張輸送過程中亂紙。

(8)擋紙毛刷(鋼片)的作用。協助分紙吸嘴分開紙張,防止雙張或多張的產生。
