印刷包裝廠在實際生產過程中,潤濕液的使用應把握以下幾點:

(1)根據不同情況控制潤濕液的酸性。因為現在平版印刷基本上都使用PS版,所以對於PS版來說,潤濕液的pH值控制在5左右。

(2)根據不同的工藝情況控制潤濕液的用量大小。應視產品圖像情況和墨色以及紙張情況控制潤濕液的用量,以保證印刷品質量。印刷生產過程正常的前提下,盡量減小潤濕液的用量。

(3)根據油墨和印版等相關因素,合理控制和正確使用潤濕液。對於黏性較大的、含燥油較多的油墨,以及印版圖像需要加厚墨層等,一般可適當提高潤濕液的酸性,但潤濕液的酸性也應控制在允許的範圍內。潤濕液用量過大,會加速油墨乳化,使紙張吸濕變形,使印刷品顏色暗淡而失去光澤。
