印刷廠包襯不合適是指在印刷壓力調整準確的基礎上包襯厚度過小或過大,直接影響到印刷質量,一般是指橡皮滾筒的包襯厚度。

(1)當包襯厚度不足時則會產生以下故障

①堆墨。印版圖文上的油墨轉移到橡皮布上,而橡皮布上的油墨卻不能完全轉移到紙張上。

②引起版面的浮臟

③掉版。

④網點不清晰。

⑤產生條痕(杠子)等故障。

(2)當包襯厚度過大時則會產生以下故障

①網點擠鋪、糊版。

②套印不準

③橡皮布上黏附紙張。

④紙張容易起褶子。

⑤重影或引起振動條痕(杠子)等故障。
