關於包裝印刷廠油墨顏色的穩定性

包裝印刷廠油墨顏色的穩定性是指油墨在印刷過程中及印刷品使用過程中不發生顏色變化的性質,包括化學穩定性和耐光性。

化學穩定性是指遇酸、鹼、水、醇和高溫等條件時,油墨不發生化學變化,不褪色、不變色的能力。

如膠印中使用偏酸性的潤版液,所有的油墨應具有耐酸性和抗水性;如採用乙醇潤版液時需要油墨具有耐醇性;如印鐵和印刷品上光與覆膜需在高溫下進行,此時需要油墨具有耐熱性。

化學穩定性分為5級,1級最差,5級最穩定耐光性是指在長時間的光照下,保持油墨顏料不變色的能力。

實際上,在長時間的日光照射下,所有油墨的顏色都有不同程度的變化。耐光性分為5級:1級為變色嚴重,5級耐光性最好。

因此,應根據包裝印刷廠印刷工藝條件及印刷品的用途選擇不同穩定性的油墨。
