印刷包裝廠低台收紙和高臺收紙這兩種收紙形式在使用上各有限制,全張膠印機由於紙張尺寸大,如果採用低收紙形式,收紙部分突出太多。

印刷包裝廠低台收紙和高臺收紙這兩種收紙形式在使用上各有限制,全張膠印機由於紙張尺寸大,如果採用低收紙形式,收紙部分突出太多。

而且機器必須要高,裝版、裝橡皮布和擦洗橡皮布滾筒、擦版調墨等都極不方便,而且取樣、看樣等也不好操作,因此全張紙膠印機及更大規格的膠印機很少採用低台收紙。

對於四開機或小規格機器來說,由於紙張不大,採用低台收紙機器也不會很高,操作也不很困難,因此採用低台收紙較為合適,對於紙張寬度為720740mm規格的尺寸,二者均可採用。

收紙形式還受到滾筒排列的限制,五滾筒式排列的雙色膠印機(四色膠印機),由於壓印滾筒斜下方被二色所占用,故只能採用高臺收紙形式。

對於三滾筒式組成的雙色膠印機,當二色低於一色時,二色下方無多大空間,也不宜採用低台收紙形式,只有三滾筒等高型排列時,方具備採用低台收紙的形式。
