印刷包裝廠安裝和使用噴粉器應註意以下事項

(1)安鼓風機與配氣閥之間,配氣閥與噴粉杯之間,噴粉杯與噴粉管之間的軟管連接盡可能短一些,最好無死彎。

(2)要檢查鼓風機的轉向是否正確。

(3)鼓風機同機器收紙氣泵一起啟動,但在膠印機離壓時不開動。

(4)鼓風機不得吸入臟污的空氣(油污、灰塵和溶劑等)。

(5)經常檢查軟管有無磨損,在拐彎處防止出現死彎。
