印刷包裝廠印刷機的減速器又稱印張制動器,在正常印刷過程中,紙張的移動速度是很高的,約為2~3m/s,在這樣的速度下使紙張平穩、整齊是極困難的,印張的前端不僅因慣性沖擊而皺褶,而且難以鋪平。

印刷包裝廠印刷機的減速器又稱印張制動器,在正常印刷過程中,紙張的移動速度是很高的,約為2~3m/s,在這樣的速度下使紙張平穩、整齊是極困難的,印張的前端不僅因慣性沖擊而皺褶,而且難以鋪平。

為了使印張能夠平穩、整齊地進行堆積,在高速膠印機上採用了一種降低印張速度的裝置,即印張減速器,使印張速度降低到0.4-0.8m/s,以滿收紙的要求。

印張減速器主要有兩種形式:機械式和氣動式,機械式由於結構復雜,可靠性低,所以現代高速膠印機中很少使用,而大多採用氣動式印張減速器。
