畫冊印刷廠整個印版錶面粘有油墨或套色時出現油墨斑點的原因有以下兩種情況

(1)初運轉時版面粘有乾膠或重新開機時版面乾燥。處理方法:瞬時提高供水電機速度以增加水量,從而快速除掉黏膠。

(2)正常運轉時,著水輥的一部分未與印版接觸,毛刷輥與水鬥輥壓力不當或毛刷輥磨損嚴重導致水量不足

處理方法:應檢查毛刷輥是否磨損,若磨損嚴重則需要更換毛刷輥;若磨損不嚴重則調整毛刷輥、印版滾筒及水鬥輥間的壓力。
