印刷包裝廠印刷機膠輥的保養包括以下內容:

(1)搬運膠輥時,要使用結實的箱子或裝入木箱中,為了避免擦傷應在膠輥和箱子間留有充足的空間。

(2)保存膠輥時,必須將其軸支起來放置陰暗處,輥體用紙或塑膠薄膜等包裹以防其老化。

(3)膠輥不能直接放在地板上保存,否則橡膠面由於承受了其直接壓力,往往會產生變形

(4)長期保存的膠輥必須在使用之前研磨,然後再使用,若保存6個月以上,在橡膠的錶面會產生細微的裂紋。若沒有再研磨的餘量時,裝上輥後不要馬上就滿負荷運行,應逐漸加負荷。

(5)膠輥保存了一個月後應把它稍微轉動一下角度以防止其彎曲變形,另外註意防止輥兩端露出的金屬部分生銹。

(6)使用過的膠輥如果需要保存,一定要將膠輥錶面的油墨臟物清潔乾凈,然後把輥體(橡膠輥)用紙或塑料薄膜包好,金屬部分塗上防銹油,然後放到專用的膠輥箱內,並把這些膠輥存放在陰晾通風的地方,並做好標志。
