畫冊印刷廠印刷機的不同排列角a分別為90°、180°和大於90°並小於180°時,其特點和不足分別如下

(1)a為90°時,橡皮滾筒在三種形式的排列中受力最大,故橡皮滾筒易變形,在剛性不足時,將影響印刷質量。調壓方便;離、合壓方便;印刷過程中,紙帶在橡皮滾筒上的包角較大,張力容易控制而且比較穩定。

(2)a為180°時橡皮滾筒在這三種形式的排列中所受各力的合力最小,即使其剛性差,對印刷質量也不會有影響;離、合壓方便;調壓比較困難;紙帶張力不太穩定。

(3)a大於90°並小於180°時,特點在上述(1)、(2)之間,排列方式較為理想。一般情況下,α=120°~160°,這要根據機器的總體佈局而定。
