​擋紙毛刷太低或伸進紙堆太多。其原因是:擋紙毛刷的應用要和松紙吹嘴密切配合,當松紙吹嘴風量正常時,它能把紙邊吹開後掀高5mm左右,這也是擋紙毛刷離開紙堆應有的距離,當分紙吸嘴下落吸紙時,正好碰著被吹起來的紙面或高於紙面1~2mm。
