印刷公司平版印刷用的亮光樹脂油墨,在正常情況下,經橡皮布轉印到紙面上的印跡一般數小時就能乾燥。但是在日常生產中,往往會遇到印跡乾燥太慢的情況,其產生的主要原因為

(1)供水量太大(版面)。

(2)潤版液pH值太小。

(3)印刷車間溫度太低或濕度太高。

(4)油墨中加入調墨油太多。

(5)紙張吸收性差。

(6)乾燥油用量太小。

排除方法:
發生上述問題,要嚴格控製版面水分太小,掌握好潤版液的pH值,註意油墨輔助劑和乾燥劑的用量。遇到印跡不乾,應及時將印件晾開,進行通風,使空氣進入紙中,以加快結膜時間。
