印刷公司印刷時,往往會產生前一色印跡乾燥過快,形成晶化”,使後一色套印不上,其原因主要是乾燥油加放過量或半成品堆放時間過長,這種現象又往往在印黃版或淺底色滿版時發生。

印刷公司印刷時,往往會產生前一色印跡乾燥過快,形成晶化”,使後一色套印不上,其原因主要是乾燥油加放過量或半成品堆放時間過長,這種現象又往往在印黃版或淺底色滿版時發生。

排除方法:

出現這種問題,如果套印不上的產品數量少,可用乾凈軟布蘸碳酸鎂粉,在每一張印刷品錶面輕輕揩擦,使其錶面粗化;

用紅外線照射,使墨層受熱膨脹變粗;如果數量多,可以進行調濕處理,使墨層吸濕膨脹,錶面粗化。

墨層錶面變粗後,後色油墨就容易附著了,為了防止印不上現象的產生,可以事先在黃墨中加人適量不乾性蠟質輔助劑,使墨層不會晶化,在印淺底色滿版時,可以將維利油和沖淡劑混合調配,也能防止後一色印不上。
