這是因為紙張薄,吸收性又強,印刷時油墨的加壓滲透深度與自由滲透深度之和超過或等於印張厚度時出現的弊病。對於這類紙張,應當預測。如果會發生透印,可事先用白油、維利油打底同時,印刷油墨的流動度不要太高,乾燥要及時。

這是因為紙張薄,吸收性又強,印刷時油墨的加壓滲透深度與自由滲透深度之和超過或等於印張厚度時出現的弊病。對於這類紙張,應當預測。如果會發生透印,可事先用白油、維利油打底同時,印刷油墨的流動度不要太高,乾燥要及時。

要註意透印,背面粘臟和打空滾三者之間的不同。

盡管它們都發生在印張的背面。

但是,背面粘臟最容易發生在印跡墨層厚、墨層層數多的地方。

透印容易發生在第一色印刷和油墨直接印在白紙上的背面,而不是色墨疊印處的背面。
