印刷公司印刷過程中還經常會遇到收紙臺上的紙張收不齊的情形,造成的原因及排除方法如下

(1)版面水分過大。
版面水分大,紙張吸濕量增加,造成紙張不平直,導致齊紙板擋紙不齊。
這時應減少供水量,使版面保持最少水分。

(2)印刷品受墨量大。
印品受墨量大,紙張正反兩面受力差別增大,使紙張往下捲曲,尤其是油墨黏性大時,捲曲現象更為嚴重,從而引起收紙不齊。
排除方法:
這時應將受墨量大的色版放在最後印刷為好。

(3)紙張上下翹。
質地比較松軟的紙張,產生變形的紙張及上下翹的紙張,使齊紙板無法把紙收齊
排除方法:
遇到這種情況,把下翹的紙進行正面敲,把上翹的紙進行反面敲,以增加紙張的平整度,使收紙不齊的程度減輕。
