斑點墨皮的原因及排除故障的方法如下
(1)油墨中的墨皮未剔除乾凈,混入印刷油墨之中所致。
(2)軟質墨輥錶面表化而開裂剝落到印刷的油墨之中的緣故。

斑點墨皮的原因及排除故障的方法如下

(1)油墨中的墨皮未剔除乾凈,混入印刷油墨之中所致。

(2)軟質墨輥錶面表化而開裂剝落到印刷的油墨之中的緣故。

(3)因承印物錶面強度不足等質量問題造成承印物中的某些組分(如紙粉,紙毛及雜物顆粒等)混入印刷油墨之中。

(4)墨輥上粘有紙片、紙毛、水輥絨毛等或因剝紙,未及時清除而被打爛所致。

對於上述情況要及時清除在墨輥、印版、橡皮布以及印刷油墨中的斑點墨皮。認真清除紙張上的紙粉、紙毛、紙屑和紙片等雜物,印版上的斑點墨皮可由專用的刮板在規定的地方清除。
