印刷公司金屬墨輥受潤版液侵蝕發生氧化而排斥油墨的現象(脫墨)。墨輥上油墨流動不均勻,有些地方不粘墨,尤其是金屬輥子更為嚴重,常使印版出現空白區,也就是膠印機的墨鬥中油墨很難傳到墨鬥輥上。

印刷公司金屬墨輥受潤版液侵蝕發生氧化而排斥油墨的現象(脫墨)。墨輥上油墨流動不均勻,有些地方不粘墨,尤其是金屬輥子更為嚴重,常使印版出現空白區,也就是膠印機的墨鬥中油墨很難傳到墨鬥輥上。

出現脫墨

一是油墨對潤版液有敏感(親水乳化)性;

二是油墨的屈服值大,觸變系數高,而且內聚力非常強,油墨黏性小,但稠度大。

解決方法:
減少水量,降低潤版液的濃度,在油墨中加入黏度較大而流動性好的連結料或撤淡劑。金屬輥子用化學法或機械法(浮石粉摩擦等)處理,並充分乾燥;或換用親脂的銅輥或硬質橡膠輥或網版陶瓷輥,換用新的抗水性能好的油墨;在油墨方面,應加入黏性大些的稀釋撤淡劑,改善油墨的性能,最好使用黏性大些的油墨與之混用。
