(1)加大串墨輥串墨量。

(2)適當加大串墨輥和靠版墨輥間的壓力。

(3)從製版工藝上加以解決。例如叼口處的圖案多以鏤空的小圖為主,印版中部至拖梢處以大實地圖案為主的印件可以採取拖梢叼口對調曬版的方式處理

(4)從版面設計上處理。例如避開用墨量比較大的圖案在印版上面的周向對應,或在設計時,將叼口處較小的圖案和拖梢處較大面積圖案對調

(5)在對印刷品上的圖案進行拼版時,要註意盡量避免相對應的兩塊圖案間距,恰好和膠印機上靠版墨輥的周長相同。
