印刷公司出現剝紙是指紙張錶面強度不夠,在印刷時發生分層,紙張一分為二的故障,一部分粘在橡皮布上,另外一部分粘在壓印滾筒叼牙控制的印張上。它與印刷時整張被粘在橡皮布上是不同的,後者沒有發生分層,而剝紙則必須有分層現象。

印刷公司出現剝紙是指紙張錶面強度不夠,在印刷時發生分層,紙張一分為二的故障,一部分粘在橡皮布上,另外一部分粘在壓印滾筒叼牙控制的印張上。它與印刷時整張被粘在橡皮布上是不同的,後者沒有發生分層,而剝紙則必須有分層現象。

對於上述情況,一般採取加適量的減黏劑於印刷油墨之中,以降低黏著性和剝離張力,並保持良好的水墨平衡。通過印前預測錶面強度合適的紙張與印刷油墨相匹配,並達到三平(滾筒平,墨輥平,水輥平)。三小(水小,墨小—理想水墨平衡,壓力小理想壓力),三勤(勤攪墨,勤洗橡皮布及印版,勤抽樣檢查與看版面水分)工藝規範的要求。

通常,把整張紙被粘在橡皮布上的故障稱為粘橡皮布,它產生的原因是印刷油墨的黏性過大,致使印張所承受的剝離張力過大使叼牙不足以相抗衡或者叼牙叼紙太小(或者因輸紙歪斜引起叼牙叼紙偏少)。因此,解決的辦法是適當降低油墨的黏性,調節好叼牙的叼力和叼紙量。對於高速多色平版膠印機來說,如果又是大幅面的印刷面積,這類平版膠印機的壓印滾筒叼牙應該選用高位叼紙的方案才是合理的。
