印刷公司出現掉粉的故障原因及註意事項如下

(1)塗料紙的錶面強度不足,印刷時塗料層的塗料脫落,造成印跡墨層上有細小的白點,稱為掉粉。

(2)印刷時油墨的黏性過大,造成印刷時塗料粉未(紙粉)被拉起或拉出,形成掉粉

(3)有水平版印刷時,因版面水分過量,造成紙張錶面強度下降,從而使塗料粉未被拉起或拉出,產生掉粉。而且,塗料紙質量越差,越容易掉粉,甚至沒印幾十張,就得洗橡皮布。對於這類紙張,一般先用白油、維利油打底來遮蓋原先錶面強度不夠的紙面然後進行彩色印刷。同時,嚴格控制水墨平衡,以免版面水分過大或墨層過厚、過稠。印刷時,務必使用理想壓力。在印刷的油墨中加入適量的減黏劑,以降低油墨的黏性,減少掉粉的發生。
