印刷公司印刷出現幻影有時稱為鬼影,是指印張中在大面積的實地上出現小的圖像暗影,特別是指在印張有較寬的邊框時,在中邊框的交界區出現明顯的暗影界線。

印刷公司印刷出現幻影有時稱為鬼影,是指印張中在大面積的實地上出現小的圖像暗影,特別是指在印張有較寬的邊框時,在中邊框的交界區出現明顯的暗影界線。

也就是指:在印刷某一承印物的某一顏色上在叼口部分印刷該色實地,而在相應拖梢部分印刷該色另一實地時,這樣拖梢部分實地相對叼口部分全產生淺淺的影子。

這種故障的解決方法有以下幾種途徑

(1)用著墨率設計合理(前兩根著墨輥的著墨率占總量的極大部分起供墨作用;後兩根著墨輥起多收少補的作用)的印刷機印刷這類周向需墨懸殊的印刷品。

(2)從印前工藝著手,由版面設計上解決。

(3)嚴格控製版面水分,保持良好的水墨平行,不使水墨過多是避免和減少幻影的重要工藝措施。
