捲筒網印機是為製作厚厚的油墨層標簽而設計的。由於絲網印刷油墨層厚，油墨乾燥時間長，因此捲筒紙絲網印刷聯軸器有烤箱，乾燥箱配有燈、紅外加熱器等乾燥裝置，可根據油墨的類型改變乾燥方法。絲網印刷聯動機類型都有哪些？
絲網印刷聯動機類型都有哪些？

　　捲筒網印機是為製作厚厚的油墨層標簽而設計的。由於絲網印刷油墨層厚，油墨乾燥時間長，因此捲筒紙絲網印刷聯軸器有烤箱，乾燥箱配有燈、紅外加熱器等乾燥裝置，可根據油墨的類型改變乾燥方法。絲網印刷聯動機類型都有哪些？

　　一個圓形壓力圈，本實用新型由以油墨為主的送紙裝置、圓形壓印裝置、乾燥裝置、加工裝置和捲繞(切割)裝置組成，印刷材料以薄膜為主。本機為單元結構，可根據需要配備不同的機組和加工設備，如塗膜、模切等。

　　平版式，結構原理與一般平版打標機相同，間歇式進紙，主要使用溶劑型油墨，普通的雙色機和三色機，電腦掃描對齊裝置，既可二次印刷，也可簡單單色印刷。絲網印花機構的工作原理與普通平面絲網印花機相同。 目前國內最常見的機型是日本志願者生產的S網印機。

　　使用溶劑油墨，也可以使用油墨，最大的特點是進紙牽引滾筒採用真空負壓進紙。真空負壓吸紙的優點:一是打印的捲筒材料錶面不與任何壓紙輪接觸，增加了打印面積。 其次，在真空負壓的作用下，捲筒紙與滾筒緊密接觸，隨著滾筒的轉動，沒有相對滑動，保證了進紙和套印的準確性。
